Joining Busy Bees

We are excited to have you join our vibrant community. Our enrollment process is designed to be straightforward and welcoming, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive in a nurturing environment.

Enrollment Eligibility

We welcome children from 15 months to 5 years of age. We welcome families from diverse backgrounds and aim to provide a supportive learning environment for all.

How to Enroll

To begin the enrollment process, please follow these steps:

Complete the Enrollment Form: You can find our online enrollment form here. It is important to fill out this form even if your child is a returning student.

Submit Required Documents: Along with the enrollment form, please provide the following documents:
- A copy of your child's passport bio page
- A copy of the child's parents or caregivers passport bio page
- Immunization records
- Any additional documents as specified on the enrollment form

Schedule a Visit: We encourage prospective families to schedule a visit to our nursery. Please contact us to arrange a tour. This will give you and your child a chance to explore our facilities and meet our dedicated staff.

Enrollment Confirmation: Once your form and documents have been submitted, our administration will review your application. You will receive a confirmation email regarding your child’s enrollment status.

Important Dates

Enrollment for Academic Year 2024-2025: Depends on space availability for specific classes
First Day of 2nd Trimester: November 25, 2024
First Day of 3rd Trimester: March 31, 2025

Enrollment for the Upcoming Academic Year: April 2025

Space availablity and fees

Send us an email with your child's name and date of birth to inquire about space availability in the prospective class, as well as to receive information regarding registration and tuition fees.

What to bring to Busy Bees

Items to keep in school

- 1 x pair of Crocs

- 1 x mosquito cream or spray

- 1 x packet of diaper with your child’s name (if they are still using them)
  - - Baby wipes
    - Diaper cream or skin ointment
    - Changing mat

- 2 x full set of clothes in a Ziplock clearly labeled with your child’s name
  - - 2 x underwear
    - 2 x leggings or pants
    - 2 x T-shirts

The clothes and crocs will be kept in school and will be returned to you at the end of each term unless otherwise used by your child.

What to pack in School Bag everyday

- Healthy snacks
- Reusable water bottle
- Sunscreen
- Lunch (if they are staying after school for the Busy Bees Afterschool Club)
