Welcome to BusyBees! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“user,” “you,” or “your”) and BusyBees (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the BusyBees mobile application (“App”).
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Platform Role and Limitation of Liability
BusyBees is a neutral platform that connects clients with independent service providers (“Providers”). The Company is not a party to any agreements between users, does not supervise services, and does not conduct background checks, identity verification, or license validation of any user.
Clients are solely responsible for verifying the identity, qualifications, licenses, or permits of any Provider they hire.
Providers who select service categories that require licenses or certifications self-certify that they possess such credentials. BusyBees does not verify this and holds no responsibility for false claims.
By using the App, all users agree to assume full responsibility and risk for any interaction, service, or transaction conducted via the platform.
To access core features, you must create an account. You agree to provide true, complete, and updated information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
4. Services and Payments
Clients can post service requests, and Providers can respond. Once both parties agree on terms, they enter into a private agreement. BusyBees is not a party to this agreement and does not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcome of services provided.
BusyBees does not process or facilitate any payments between users. All payment terms, amounts, and methods must be arranged independently and directly between the Client and the Provider. The Company is not responsible for any financial transactions, disputes, or issues that may arise between users in relation to payment.
5. Reviews, Ratings, and Conduct
After service completion, users may rate and review each other. Reviews must be:

Harass, threaten, or insult others
Engage in hate speech or discriminatory behavior
Spread false information or impersonate another person
Attempt to manipulate the rating system
The Company reserves the right to:

Permanently ban or suspend users for violations, including but not limited to:
6. Performance and Rating-Based Removal
BusyBees may remove or suspend a Provider’s profile if:
Their average rating falls below 4.5 out of 5
They receive repeated negative reviews
Their conduct is deemed unprofessional or harmful to the community
BusyBees provides the App "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, reliability, or suitability of the App or its content.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BusyBees and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any user account, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or any behavior deemed harmful to the platform or its users.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting an updated version with the revised "Effective Date." Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
