About Me

Hi, I’m Jessi, the founder of Busy Bee Academy. After spending the past 14 years in the corporate world, I chose to follow my heart and build something deeply meaningful—an early learning environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn each day.

I hold an MBA and bring a strong foundation in organization, structure, and thoughtful planning into everything I do. Just as importantly, I am a mom of two, which has shaped my belief in the power of nurturing care, predictable routines, and joyful learning experiences. I truly love working with children and find so much fulfillment in watching them grow, explore, and gain confidence.

At Busy Bee Academy, I believe in a balanced approach to early education—one that combines structured, developmentally appropriate learning with plenty of fun and daily outdoor play. Children thrive when they are given both guidance and freedom, and my goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where little learners feel encouraged to be curious, kind, and themselves.

I am passionate about offering a preschool that feels like a second home—where families feel confident in the care their children receive and children feel happy, secure, and inspired every day.
