Bust'n Blues Guide Service is the brainchild of the dynamic Mike Adams. Specializing in Blue Catfish fishing at Fort Cobb and Tom Steed Reservoir. Bust'n Blues is the real deal. Mike's passion for fishing runs deep, and he finally took the plunge into the world of guide services in August of 2024. When asked why he got into fishing, his response was pure poetry: "I don't think I got into fishing, fishing got into me."

When it comes to tackle, they incorporate the finest. MadKatz 7'6" medium heavy rods paired with Penn Squall 20 reels, lined with 40# slimline then  tied with Ironside 8/0 - 10/0 trophy hooks.

Mike's joy comes from seeing the excitement on a friend or client's face when they reel in a big catch. And when it comes to bait, he's a purist - opting for natural shad or cut bait over store-bought options. I couldn't agree more with his philosophy!

Catfish Trips start at $350.00 for 1-2 Adults, then $125.00 an adult up to 4 people.

$150.00 deposit to reserve your trip (Non-Refundable).

PayPal, Cash App, and cash are accepted.

 If cancellation is needed, please provide a 24–48-hour notice.

 Trips will be a total of 6 hours from launch to return.

 All catfish over 10lbs will be released. I will clean and package 10-15 fish under 10lbs. The only thing required by guests is to bring your own food, snacks, drinks, and a valid Oklahoma Fishing License.
