Student Talks

Students will give presentations on their PhD research topic during six sessions within the programme. The talks will be 4 minutes short and they are intended to give all the other participants a flavour of your work.

The presentations will be given using slides-only PDF-. Please prepare at least a PDF title slide stating your project title, name and affiliation, in addition to any other content. PDF slides should be standard 4:3 size. All presentations will be merged for speedy transitions.

The talks will be in randomised order. There will be small prizes for the best student talks each session (determined through a ballot at the end of the session) and a slightly less small prize for the best overall student talk at BUSSTEPP. The overall winner (which need not be one of the session winners) will be determined by the BUSSTEPP tutors.
