BurnFat is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application designed to help users track food intake, estimate calories and nutritional information, set nutrition goals, and monitor progress.
BurnFat is intended as a general wellness and nutrition tracking tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, dietitian, or substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice.
You must be legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the age required to independently consent to the use of our Services in your jurisdiction, you may use BurnFat only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
By using BurnFat, you represent that you meet the applicable age and eligibility requirements.
Some features of BurnFat may require you to create an account or sign in using a supported authentication provider.
You are responsible for:

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time.
BurnFat uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to analyze food images and other information you provide.
AI-generated results may include estimates of:

Portion size;
Calories;
Protein;
Carbohydrates;
Fat;
Fiber;
Other nutritional information.
You acknowledge that AI-generated nutritional information is an estimate and may be inaccurate.
For example, the accuracy of calorie and nutrition estimates may be affected by:
The quality or angle of a photograph;
Hidden ingredients;
Cooking methods;
Portion size;
Sauces, oils, or seasonings;
Restaurant or packaged-food variations;
Incomplete food information;
Limitations of AI models.
You should review and correct food entries where appropriate.
BurnFat does not guarantee that AI-generated information will be complete, accurate, or suitable for your individual circumstances.
BurnFat provides general wellness and nutrition information for informational and tracking purposes only.
BurnFat does not provide:
Medical diagnosis;
Medical treatment;
Medical advice;
Professional dietary advice;
Personalized medical care;
Emergency healthcare services.
BurnFat should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional, physician, registered dietitian, or other appropriate professional before making significant changes to your diet, calorie intake, exercise, or lifestyle, particularly if you have a medical condition or special dietary needs.
Do not rely solely on BurnFat's calorie or nutrition estimates for medical or clinical decisions.
You may voluntarily provide information such as:
Age or date of birth;
Height;
Weight;
Activity level;
Fitness goals;
Weight goals;
Dietary preferences;
Food and meal information;
Food photographs;
Calorie and nutrition records.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is reasonably accurate.
BurnFat's recommendations and calculations may depend on the information you provide.
When you upload food photographs or other content to BurnFat ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant BurnFat a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and transmit your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to:
Provide the Services;
Process your food images;
Generate nutritional estimates;
Operate and maintain BurnFat;
Improve and develop the Services where permitted by applicable law.
We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content to BurnFat and that your User Content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
You agree not to:
Use BurnFat for unlawful purposes;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Services, except where expressly permitted by law;
Circumvent security or access controls;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
Use automated systems to abuse or overload our Services;
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services without our permission;
Misuse or abuse subscription features;
Upload malicious code or harmful content;
Use BurnFat to infringe the rights of another person;
Attempt to manipulate, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Services;
Use BurnFat in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Some BurnFat features may require a paid subscription ("Subscription").
Subscription options, prices, billing periods, and included features will be displayed to you before you complete your purchase.
By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize the applicable payment platform to charge the applicable subscription fee.
Subscriptions may be offered on a weekly, monthly, annual, or other billing basis.
The available subscription plans may change from time to time.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period.
Your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
You will be charged through the payment method associated with your Apple App Store or Google Play account, as applicable.
You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you do not wish to renew.
Deleting the BurnFat application does not necessarily cancel your subscription.
If you purchased a subscription through Apple App Store or Google Play, subscription cancellation is generally managed through the relevant store account.
For Apple subscriptions, you can manage your subscription through your Apple account's subscription settings.
For Google Play subscriptions, you can manage your subscription through your Google Play account's subscription settings.
After cancellation, you generally retain access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Payments and refunds for subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play may be subject to the respective platform's terms and refund policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BurnFat does not independently guarantee refunds for purchases processed by third-party app stores.
Where applicable, you should submit refund requests through the platform through which the purchase was made.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund rights you may have under applicable law.
We may modify, replace, or discontinue subscription features from time to time.
If we make a material change to a paid service that negatively affects your existing subscription, we may provide reasonable notice where required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
The Services and all related materials, including but not limited to:
BurnFat branding;
Logos;
Designs;
User interfaces;
Software;
Source code;
AI systems;
Algorithms;
Databases;
Text;
Graphics;
Images;
Audio;
Documentation;
are owned by or licensed to BurnFat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, lease, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services.
Your use of BurnFat does not grant you ownership of any BurnFat intellectual property.
BurnFat may use or integrate with third-party services, including:
Apple App Store;
Google Play;
Authentication providers;
Cloud infrastructure providers;
AI providers;
Analytics providers;
Payment and subscription providers;
Other technology or service providers.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
BurnFat is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Your use of BurnFat is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

You may request deletion of your BurnFat account and associated personal information.
If an account deletion function is available in the App, you may use the deletion option in your account settings.

Deletion may not immediately remove information that we are legally required or permitted to retain, or information that has been anonymized so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BurnFat and its Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
The Services will always be available;
The Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
AI-generated information will be accurate;
Calorie or nutrition estimates will be accurate;
Recommendations will produce a particular health, fitness, or weight outcome;
The Services will meet your individual requirements.
Your use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BurnFat and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
This includes, to the extent permitted by law, damages arising from:
Reliance on AI-generated calorie or nutrition estimates;
Errors or omissions in food recognition;
Inaccurate nutritional information;
Service interruptions;
Loss of data;
Third-party service failures;
Unauthorized access caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BurnFat and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your violation of these Terms;
Your misuse of the Services;
Your User Content;
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
Where required by law, we may provide additional notice through the App or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of BurnFat after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to BurnFat and the jurisdiction in which BurnFat's operating entity is established, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the mandatory rights available to consumers in their jurisdiction.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you when using particular features or services, constitute the agreement between you and BurnFat concerning your use of the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
