AMTK 514 was built in 12/1991 in a special variant of Phase III for its kind. Later was painted into Phase IV, and then Phase V. It's currently used as a switcher or as extra power.
AMTK 821 was built in 8/1993 in Phase III paint. It was one of the newer geneisis series locomotives to replace the F40PH. It would later be repainted to Phase IV & Phase V. Around the mid 2010s several P40s were upgraded to P42 specifications, however these units are prone to mechanical issues.
AMTK 77 was built in 4/1997 in Phase III paint. It was then painted into Phase IV & Phase V. It serves as Amtrak's primary power as of 2023, and will continue until the ALC-42s replace it.
CSX 153 was built in 4/1996 in YN2 paint. It's still in service for CSX.
CSX 2720 was built originally for the Penn Central RR in 1973 as PC 8051. When Conrail was created, it acquired PC 8051 and it became CR 8051. When CSX and NS acquired Conrail, CR 8051 was given to CSX and renumbered to CSX 2720. It now runs on locals, or idles in CSX Yards.
CSXT 4085 was originally built for the L&N RR in 1979 as LN 8073 (SD40-2). It was then sold to Seaboard System RR, and kept it's number as SBD 8073. When CSX bought up Seaboard System, the unit was then tagged CSXT 8073. It was then rebuilt into an SD40-3 later and repainted into YN3b paint.
CSXT 5456 was built in 3/2000 in CSXs brand new YN3 paint scheme. It still operates on CSX trains.
CSXT 8909 is a rebuilt from CSXs former SD70ACe units. It's unknown what unit it was rebuilt from, however the unit is an SD70ACe Tier 4. This unit is the newest ST70AH-T4 on CSXs roster as of now.
CSX 994 was built in 12/2011 in YN3b paint and is a variant of an ES44AC, however CSX models differently.
CSX 3304 was built in 2015 in YN3b paint. It currently still operates as one of CSXs most primary power.
CSXT 4429 was originally built for Conrail in 3/1979 as CR 3346. When Conrail was bought up by Norfolk Southern & CSX, the unit was given to CSX, and renumbered to CSXT 4429. It's most likely being towed to Cumberland for storage, conversion, upgrade, or to be used on another train.
CSXT 8461 was built originally for the MP RR in 1969 as MP 750 (SD40) and renumbered later to MP 3050. It was then sold to C&NW as CNW 3050, then Paducah & Louisville as PAL 3050, and then CSX as CSX 8461 in YN2 paint. It was rebuilt when acquired by CSX into an SD40-2. It's since been repainted into YN3b, and was towed to Cumberland for upgrades, storing, scrapping, or to be put on another train.
