MANDALA THE MIRROR OF OUR SOUL
Let's start by hearing what Carl JUNG has said for Mandala:
“ Mandala is a representation of the unconscious self”
“I knew that in finding the Mandala as an expression of the self,
I had attained what was for me.”
Mandala…
The moment we hear or read Mandala, many of us just think of the coloring books of Mandala, that we see on the shelves of the bookstores. When we see the patterns in these coloring books, we get fascinated, and we think to ourselves how these could be drawn. Then we easily convince ourselves to believe, never can I draw something so complex. So, why draw, just paint it.
Well to tell you the simple truth, drawing is not complex at all. Creating a Mandala is quite plain and simple. All one has to do is, just transfer their own inner world to a paper with a pencil and a compass. Then what remains is to paint it with the colors of our mood.
Mandala is a technique that we can all learn. All we have to do is, dream that whatever we hope and wish, has become true. Beyond that Mandala, is a talisman with magnetic powers. So in fact, as we wish and hope, while drawing and painting the Mandala, our dreams begin to come to life.
Mandala has been used as a method of; self-development, self-expression, spiritual healing and transformation, for thousands of years and generations, from the west to the east, all over the world.
