Visit Rules

If a client asks for a visit apply these rules before even asking if its ok.

• MUST be 24 hours notice minimum

• Must pay before go, in full. No pay, go no.

• If there are any vets (holiday or sick) ooff a visit can't be done

• There must be a nurse available

• The only visits that can be done, practically, are euthanasias and vaccinations. There is no point in doing sick animals, as we cannot do any investigations on site.

• The van must be used.

• Times cannot be given, mornings or afternoons only. Visits must be done before 1600.

• Ideally normal consultations must not be affected

• There is no such thing as an emergency visit, we simply cannot provide that service.
