Do I have to bring payment to schedule an appointment?

• No, your first consultation with your attorney is free. During your first consultation the fees will be discussed in regards to your case.

If I come in, are you automatically my attorney?

• No, until you have hired an attorney to handle your case, you will simply be consulting an attorney.

How much does a divorce cost?

• Each case is different, the circumstances of your case will determine the fee. Court costs and service fees are separate from your attorneys legal fee.

Can I get legal advice over the phone or through this site?

Do you notarize at your office?

• Yes, our office staff would be glad to notarize your documents. Please bring your identification and do not sign your document until our notary is present to witness your signature.

I am unable to travel to get a document notarized or for my will preparation, can you help?

• Our office staff will work diligently to communicate with you through any means to make sure your needs are met. If you are unable to come to our office, we can communicate electronically. However, if you cannot come in to sign your document, our notary will drive within 30 miles of our home office to notarize the documents. For any questions regarding will preparation and to set up a time for a notary to travel, please contact our office to determine if there is any cost or other needs we can help you with regarding your document.

What counties can I hire you for in order to represent me?

• We primarily work in the Claiborne County area. However, we accept cases all over East Tennessee. If you have questions regarding which counties we will be willing to travel to regarding your case, please contact our office today!
