Bunbury Boat Builders is a locally owned and operated marine workshop offering boat and trailer building, repairs, and custom fit-outs for boat owners across the South West of WA.

Working in the industry for the past 40 years for boat builders around the country building aluminium boats such as luxury motor yachts, commercial ferries, commercial fishing vessels, cray boats, wet-line boats, pleasure craft, Borderforce boats, marine rescue boats and more for companies such as Starboats, Trailcraft, Wavemaster International, Razorline, Goldstar, Nauticstar, Brisbane Ship Constructions, Marineline, Prestige Boats, International Shipyards.

Following this, we started as Ledge Point Boat Builders, building a reputation for honest work and solid results. In 2025, we relocated to Bunbury, bringing the same skills, tools, and dedication to serve a broader coastal community.

Our team specialises in aluminium boats and trailers, marine welding, custom modifications, and all kinds of structural repairs. From new builds to refits, we build boats that perform — and last — in the tough WA marine environment.
