Commissions

• How to Commission me:

If you would like to place a commission, please message me on Instagram @bumbleburrowtx or email me at bumbleburrowtx@gmail.com. 

• Time Frame:

The majority of commissions may take up to two weeks to complete. However,  larger and exceedingly complex pieces will require more time. This will vary by each individual piece and will be discussed prior to any payment being taken.

• Payment:

Currently, I only accept payment through paypal. Half of the price of the commission will be taken upfront, and the other half will be taken upon the completion and approval of the sketch.

• Revisions:

5 free revisions are available for each step in the process (sketch, line, flats, and render). After these, an additional 3 revisions can be purchased for $15. Please note that extreme changes (such as composition and overall pose) may only be done in the sketch phase, as I do my line art traditionally so it would be exceedingly difficult to change later on.

• Refunds:

A full refund will only be given if I fail to meet the agreed upon delivery date. If the commissioner for any reason wishes to cancel the commission, a refund of the incomplete stages of the artwork will be given. (Example: commissioner ordered a full body render of a character, but canceled during the line art phase. They would be refunded $20, since the $45 it would cost to commission line art was already completed.)
