Welcome to the People's Newsletter of Ruandaman! Officially the "Buletin Rakyat Ruandaman." We come from the Democratic People's Republic of Ruandaman, a micronation located in DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. We were founded back on the 31st of January, 2026, by our first president, Quentin Pieter, and the colonial governor of the island of Belmonts, Belmont, with some bits of collaboration from the Democratic Republic of Ardaria! We here spread news from all across the micronation of Ruandaman, and some shorter stories from foreign micronations as well!

We are currently run by the current minister of foreign and local newsletters, BelmontReal, who is also the colonial governor of Belmonts and also the president of the Belmonts Vision Organization Party, but that does not matter, as long as it does not interfere with the truth!
