Build Level: Bubble & Angle ("Build Level", "the App") is developed and published by Krepel Studio.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information and device data.
Build Level does not collect, transmit, sell, share, or store personal information on external servers.
The App does not require users to create an account and does not collect information such as:
name;
email address;
phone number;
precise or approximate location;
contacts;
photos or videos;
audio recordings;
files or documents;
financial information;
advertising identifiers;
device identifiers;
browsing history;
app usage history.
The App does not operate a developer-controlled backend or cloud service.
Build Level uses motion sensor information available on the device, primarily the gravity sensor or accelerometer, to determine the physical tilt and angle of the device.
Sensor measurements are processed locally on the device for the purpose of displaying the bubble level and angle.
Raw sensor readings are not transmitted to Krepel Studio or to third parties.
The App may locally save calibration values generated by the user so that the level can compensate for device-specific measurement offsets.
The App stores a limited amount of non-personal configuration data locally on the device, such as:
selected language;
selected theme;
calibration settings;
onboarding completion state;
other basic application preferences required for the App to operate.
This information remains in the App's local storage and is not sent to Krepel Studio.
Users can remove locally stored application data by clearing the App's storage through Android system settings or by uninstalling the App.
Build Level does not require access to the user's files, photos, videos, audio, documents, or shared storage.
The App does not upload, process, transfer, or store user files.
Build Level does not require sensitive Android runtime permissions for its core functionality.
Access to the device's gravity sensor and accelerometer does not require a runtime permission prompt.
The App does not request access to:
location;
camera;
microphone;
contacts;
phone or call information;
SMS;
notifications;
photos or videos;
files or shared storage;
nearby devices;
health information.
The App does not use AccessibilityService, Notification Access, Usage Access, device administrator privileges, VPN services, or similar special-access permissions.
Where applicable, the App may declare the presence of compatible motion sensor hardware as a device feature so that Google Play can determine device compatibility. A hardware feature declaration is not an Android permission and does not provide access to personal information.
Build Level does not contain advertising.
The App does not integrate Google AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), or other advertising networks.
No advertising consent dialog is required by the App.
Build Level is distributed as a paid application on Google Play.
The App does not contain in-app purchases, subscriptions, or Google Play Billing integration.
The purchase of the App itself is processed by Google Play. Krepel Studio does not receive, process, or store the user's payment card or payment account information through the App.
Google's handling of purchase-related information is governed by Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Build Level does not use third-party advertising, analytics, account, cloud-storage, or user-tracking services.
Opening the Privacy Policy from the App may launch the user's web browser to display the Krepel Studio Privacy Policy website. Any browser or external service used by the user is governed by its own privacy practices.
Because Build Level does not collect user data on Krepel Studio servers, Krepel Studio does not sell or share user data with advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or other third parties.
The App is designed to minimize data exposure by performing level measurements and related calculations directly on the device.
Local settings and calibration information are stored within the App's Android storage environment.
Because the App does not transmit this information to Krepel Studio servers, no remote database containing Build Level user information is maintained by Krepel Studio.
Users remain in control of the information stored locally by the App.
Users can:
reset calibration from within the App;
change language and theme preferences;
clear locally stored App data through Android settings;
remove all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App.
Because Krepel Studio does not maintain user accounts or remotely stored personal data for Build Level, there is no developer-held personal database associated with the App that requires a separate deletion request.
Build Level does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults.
The App is a general-purpose utility tool and does not require personal information to operate.
This Privacy Policy may be updated if the App's functionality, data practices, permissions, or legal requirements change.
Any updated version will be published at the Privacy Policy URL associated with Build Level.
The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated when material changes are made.
