Our team brings together decades of expertise in bench research and training, professional development with a focus on diversity inclusion and equity, as well as evidence based training practices and assessment and training development for individuals of all stages of education, responsibilities, and backgrounds in the life sciences, as well as a thorough understanding of both the intern-trainee and mentor-employer perspective. 

The parallel trainings and tools we've developed for both research mentor-managers and for student interns have been developed utilizing organizational management best practices, evidence based practices from education pedagogy and case studies that we have encountered from both the internship mentor and student intern perspectives.

We are committed to an ever evolving iterative approach to improving our tools and trainings based on our direct interactions with community college students and mentor-managers in academia, government and industry labs.
