Work-based Learning Problem/Challenge
Being able to quickly and effectively monitor work-based learning experiences, both from the side of the student and the mentor-manager
Pulse Surveys
Short online surveys (3-5 questions) sent out to students and/or mentor-managers during a work-based learning experience to:
Triage for "red flags" where work-based learning program staff may need to intervene (or at least touch base)
Provide students and mentor-managers opportunities to reflect on the experience and potentially change course and/or reach out for support if needed
Monitor the effects of implemented interventions
