BYNKO does not employ, supervise, or control service providers.
BYNKO acts solely as an intermediary platform.
BYNKO is not responsible for the actions, conduct, quality of work, or behavior of customers or service providers.
All service providers on BYNKO are independent professionals.
Service providers are NOT employees, agents, partners, or representatives of BYNKO.
Nothing in these Terms creates any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between BYNKO and service providers.
Any service agreement is made directly between the customer and the service provider.
BYNKO is not responsible for:
Service quality
Pricing disputes
Delays or cancellations
Work completion

Any dispute arising between users
Payments between users are handled independently unless an official in-app payment system is provided.
BYNKO is not responsible for payment disputes, failed transactions, or refund disagreements.
