September 4, 2026- Project proposals due to mentor teacher.
September 16, 2026- Mentor teacher requests revisions to proposals if necessary.
September 18, 2026- Proposals due to Site Coordinators.
September 18, 2026- All proposals received will be sent approval from the Director of Arts.
September 27, 2026- 1st Mentor Meeting Deadline
October 25, 2026- 2nd Mentor Meeting Deadline
November 22, 2026- 3rd Mentor Meeting Deadline
December 18, 2026- Turn over grades and student names to Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction.
January 15, 2027- New/Transfer seniors project proposals due to teacher.
January 15, 2027- New/Transfer seniors capstone proposals due to Site Coordinator for approval.
January 31, 2027- 1st Mentor Meeting Deadline
February 28, 2027- 2nd Mentor Meeting Deadline
March 5, 2027- Capstone presentations/performances submitted ALL Extracurricular Log Due
March 23, 2027- Capstones presentations/performances night at BUHS for ALL
March, 2027- Final Application completed by mentor teacher and turned into District Director of Arts.
April 2027- Seal Achievement Report Due to ADE.
May 2027- Districts receive diploma seals for qualifying graduates.
