The Project Summary

Our students in our school are at a very low level academically because they come without an exam. In the SWOT analysis of 400 people; 81.2% of the students state that teachers need innovative teaching methods.

72.2% of the students experience indecision in choosing a profession. Causes of burnout according to SWOT analysis; The academic pressure applied by the family is the indecision of the students in choosing a profession and the teachers' inability to make the lessons enjoyable.

In order to prevent this problem, we will analyze our teachers with an educational coaching course in Spain, "creative drama" on the job observation in Estonia, and creative drama on the job observation in Spain for our students.
