🐞 🐜 Simple, repetitive, & cute books 🕷️by kid author, Sophia 🦗 for ages 0-6 🦋
Sometimes a book strikes your funny bone for no good reason. Bug on a Bike by Sophia Lee Triska is just that kind of story. It’s as simple as they come. A bug is riding a bike. Then two bugs, then three. And as each joins, they stop off somewhere: at the pool, at a picnic, for pizza. And yet, despite its simplicity, there is abundant charm in this story. Reading it made me laugh out loud on more than one occasion, and I know that my children would absolutely adore counting the bugs on each page. A bit on the short side, it also works well as a concept book for children, teaching them both about counting and familiarizing them with areas in their neighborhood.
Great book! The pictures were cute and colorful! My students loved the story and it went very well with a section of our reading curriculum.
Saw the story in our local newspaper. Thought I'd purchase for my 10 month old grandson. Finally was able to read it to him this past week. Great little book for toddlers, and babies.. He sat there and listened. Also, thought I'd show support to a local resident!
Such a cute book! The story is great and I love the pictures! It will be a great addition for my classroom! ❤️
