1. How do I identify a bug, spider, or butterfly?
Simply upload a clear photo, and our AI will analyze its features to give you an instant identification along with helpful details.
2. Can I identify more than one insect per day?
Free users can identify one bug per day. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited identifications anytime.
3. Where can I see my previous identifications?
Your past identifications are saved automatically and can be viewed by scrolling through the chat history on the main screen.
4. What kinds of insects can the app identify?
Our AI is trained to recognize butterflies, spiders, beetles, and many other common bugs — with beginner-friendly information for each one.
5. How do I upgrade to Pro?
Go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro and follow the in-app instructions. Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID.
6. Is my photo or data stored?
No — your photos and data are never stored or shared outside the app. Your privacy is our top priority.

Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions
Select Bug Identifier: Spider ID AI to manage or cancel your plan
