By using the Bug Identifier app (“App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Bug Identifier: Spider ID AI uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you upload and provide identifications of spiders, bugs, and butterflies, along with related information. Some features may require a Pro subscription.
Free Plan:
Limited to 1 identification per day.
Access to basic identification features.
Pro Plan:
Unlimited identifications.
Access to all features and future premium enhancements.
Billing:
Subscriptions are billed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your Apple ID account will be charged at purchase confirmation and upon renewal.
You may manage or cancel your subscription via your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly:

You agree not to:
Upload inappropriate, unlawful, or copyrighted photos.
Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App.
Use the App for illegal or abusive purposes.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of identifications or uninterrupted service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
