Season practices : Monday through Friday
Saturday practices -
Please communicate with coaches if you will not be at a practice.
*Goggles must have SEI Certification
Bring 2 water bottles, stick, goggles*, cleats, running shoes for warm-up, mouth guard and dress in layers.
Bring a good attitude and be ready to learn while having fun!
