FAQ’s
· What types of payment do you accept?
o We accept cash and check. We also accept credit/debit cards (with an additional $4.00 convenience fee for credit and debit)
· Do you provide a saw?
o Yes! We provide hand saws to use while cutting down your tree. You may also bring your own hand saw (sorry, chain saws are not allowed).
· Can you help me get my Christmas tree to my car? Can you tie it down?
o Our staff can assist you with carrying your REAL Christmas tree to your vehicle. Our insurance does not allow us to tie your tree down. We do provide you with twine to tie your tree to your car.
· Do you offer shaking and bailing?
o Yes! We will shake your tree for FREE. Bailing is also available for most trees depending upon size.
· What time do the Choose & Cut fields close?
o Choose & Cut fields close at 4:00 PM to ensure guest safety. Our Pre-Cut lot is open until 5:00 PM. All guests must be checked out by 5:00 PM.
· Can you cut the tree down for me and carry out of the field for me?
o Unfortunately, we do not have the staff to be able to cut down and carry the tree out of the field for guests. Some special accommodations can be arranged if you contact us ahead of time.
· What shoes should I wear while visiting Buffalo Bill’s Christmas Trees?
o This is a real Christmas tree farm so we suggest wearing winter boots, waterproof boots, or old tennis shoes.
· Can I bring my dog?
o For the safety of your pet and our guests, dogs are not allowed on the farm. We encourage you to include them in your at home Christmas traditions.
· Do you sell tree stands?
o Yes! We sell a variety of good quality Christmas tree stands. We also sell tree disposal bags, vehicle trunk liners, and tree trays to go under your stand to catch spilled water and protect your carpet.
· Are photographers allowed on the farm?
o Yes! Photographers must contact Buffalo Bill’s Christmas Trees ahead of time to arrange a time. Photography fee applies. Fees are doubled if you do not arrange prior to your arrival. Message us for more details and to make your arrangements!
· What animals might I see while visiting Buffalo Bill’s Christmas Trees?
o Christmas trees provide shelter for many animals at Buffalo Bill’s Christmas Trees. While visiting you may see deer, turkeys, bunnies, squirrels, hawks, and many types of songbirds.
· Are there animals for my children to see?
o Yes! There are 2 miniature horses, 3 horses, and many chickens.
