Welcome to Budget Tracking Pro. We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application and what rights you have in relation to it.

2. Information We Collect

Budget Tracking Pro is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect only the information you choose to enter into the application. This includes:

• Income records: amounts, categories, and dates you add manually.

• Expense records: transaction amounts, categories, notes, and dates.

• Monthly budget plans: budget limits and targets you configure.

• Reminder schedules: dates and times you set for financial reminders.

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information unless you explicitly provide it within the app for your own records.

3. How Your Data Is Stored

All data you enter into Budget Tracking Pro is stored exclusively on your device (local storage). This means:

• Your financial data never leaves your device under normal operation.

• We do not operate servers that receive or store your financial records.

• Your data is not synced to any cloud service by this application.

• No third party has access to your local data through this app.

Because your data is stored locally, it is protected by your device's own security features, including screen lock and device encryption (if enabled by you).

4. In-App Statistics and Analytics

Budget Tracking Pro provides 6-month financial statistics and visual summaries to help you understand your spending and saving trends. These statistics are:

• Generated entirely on your device using your locally stored data.

• Never transmitted to external servers for processing.

• Only visible to you within the application.

No usage data or statistical summaries are collected by us from your device.

5. Scheduled Reminders

Budget Tracking Pro allows you to schedule reminders for bill payments, budget reviews, or any financial event you choose. Regarding reminders:

• Reminder schedules are stored locally on your device.

• Notifications are generated by your device's operating system and are not routed through our servers.

• We do not receive any information about your reminder settings or notification interactions.

6. Data Backup and Export

You have full control over your data. Budget Tracking Pro allows you to:

• Export a backup file containing all your financial records to a location of your choice (e.g., local storage, external drive, or a cloud service of your choosing).

• Import a previously exported backup file to restore your data.

Important: When you choose to export your data, the resulting backup file is your responsibility. If you store the backup in a third-party cloud service (such as Google Drive or iCloud), that service's own privacy policy will govern how that data is handled. We have no access to your exported files and bear no responsibility for data stored in third-party locations you select.

We recommend keeping backup files in a secure, password-protected location.

7. Third-Party Services

Budget Tracking Pro does not integrate with third-party analytics, advertising networks, or data brokers. We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties for commercial purposes.

The application may use device operating system APIs (such as notification services) to deliver reminders, but these interactions do not involve sharing your financial data with the operating system provider.

8. Children's Privacy

Budget Tracking Pro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided information through the app, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Since all data is stored locally on your device, we strongly encourage you to:

• Enable screen lock and device encryption on your device.

• Keep your device's operating system and the Budget Tracking Pro application updated.

• Store exported backup files in a secure location.

• Avoid sharing your device with untrusted individuals.

While we have implemented a privacy-first local storage architecture, no method of electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized physical access to your device.

10. Your Rights and Control

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. You can:

• Access all your data directly within the app at any time.

• Delete individual records or clear all data from within the app settings.

• Export your data in a portable format whenever you choose.

• Uninstall the application, which will remove locally stored data from the app's storage area (subject to your device's behavior for app uninstallation).

Since we do not store your data on our servers, there is no data to request deletion of from our end.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the application or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the Effective Date at the top of this policy and notify you through an in-app notice or other reasonable means.
