As an Intern with an emphasis in Leadership and Management, you will have the opportunity to learn by working in many areas and departments within our organization. Part of your training will be to put these concepts into practice by rotating positions including leadership roles to gain experience as a team leader.

Our Service Agents (Detailers) help form the backbone of the Budget eco-system. Responsible for servicing and preparing cars for new customers, we could not carry out our day to day operations without them. In this role, you will ensure returned vehicles are detailed, cleaned, and ready for new customers.
Service Technicians help keep Budget's fleet of vehicles on the road by providing maintenance and small repairs. This mainly encompasses oil changes, tire changes, and small component replacements. Budget relies upon experienced and dedicated Service Technicians to help keep our fleet on the move.
A very important part of our operation involves inspecting returned vehicles and ensuring vehicles are coming and going accurately. As a true asset protection position, your role will be to help ensure nothing is misplaced and nothing is missed that could lead to loss. Inspectors are also customer facing and require someone with a pleasant disposition and great customer service skills to ensure the best experience.
Drivers work as part of our distribution system to move vehicles to where customers, and thereby the business, need them. As typically the most flexible position available at Budget, Driver's work part-time and are only focused on moving our fleet safely from location to location, or across the facilities of our airport sites.
