These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BudgetFox mobile application (“App”), operated by BudgetFox (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
By accessing or using BudgetFox, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.
You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
BudgetFox offers free and paid features, including auto-renewable subscriptions (“BudgetFox AI Plans”).
Billing: Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple account settings.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policy.
Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Any change will be communicated prior to renewal.
You agree to use BudgetFox only for lawful purposes and not to:
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app’s code or features.
Upload or share false, offensive, or misleading financial data.
Use automated tools or bots to interact with the app or its servers.
Violation of these rules may result in termination of your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google or Apple Sign-In).
You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using BudgetFox, you consent to data collection as described therein, including analytics and ads via Google Firebase and AdMob.
All content, trademarks, logos, and code within BudgetFox are owned by us.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify the app’s materials without written permission.
BudgetFox is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties of any kind regarding the app’s accuracy, reliability, or availability.
We are not responsible for financial losses resulting from your use of the app’s information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudgetFox and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
