BudgetFlow stores the financial information you enter into the app, including:

- Biometric lock preference
BudgetFlow does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal identity information unless you choose to contact support.

The information you enter is used only to provide app features, including:

- Expense and income tracking
- Dashboard summaries
- Category breakdowns
- Backup and restore functionality
- App preferences and security settings
Data Storage
Your BudgetFlow data is stored locally on your device using app storage. BudgetFlow does not upload your budget data to a server.
If you copy, export, share, or restore backup data manually, you are responsible for where that data is stored or shared.
Biometric Authentication
If you enable biometric unlock, BudgetFlow uses your device’s biometric authentication system to help protect access to the app.
BudgetFlow does not collect, store, or access your fingerprint, face data, or biometric identifiers. Biometric verification is handled by your device operating system.
Data Sharing
BudgetFlow does not sell your personal data.
BudgetFlow does not share your budget data with third parties.
Permissions
BudgetFlow may request biometric authentication permission if you enable biometric unlock. This permission is used only to secure access to the app.
Children’s Privacy
BudgetFlow is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect data stored by the app. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.
Data Deletion
You can delete your BudgetFlow data by clearing the app data from your device settings or uninstalling the app.
