• Interest-Based Matching: The app matches users based on shared interests and location. By using this feature, you agree to allow BuddyMate to display your profile and location to other users for matchmaking purposes.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use BuddyMate responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for any content you share or post in the app, including messages, event details, and profile information.

Prohibited Activities:

• Impersonating another person or entity, or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or organization.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users, or engaging in any inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful behavior.

• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or promotions to other users.

• Sharing or distributing content that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise violates any laws or third-party rights.

BuddyMate reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if you engage in any prohibited activities.

4. Events and Group Chats

• Event Creation: Users can create events by specifying event details (title, description, time, and location). You agree to provide accurate and lawful information for any event you create.

• Joining Events: Users may join events created by others. By joining an event, you agree to communicate respectfully with all event participants through the group chat.

• Group Chats: BuddyMate provides group chat functionality for users who join events. You must adhere to the same standards of conduct in group chats as in one-on-one messaging.

5. Privacy and Data
