The meaning of meditation in the aspect of practicing that meditation is the way to standstill your mind within your physical body. That is to let your mind to come back into your body in the happy and comfortable mood. It is to let your wandering mind in various emotions or thoughts e.g. family, business, studying problems etc. to come back into your body and have only one emotion – peaceful emotion. Meditation is about how to reunite your seeing–sphere, remembering–sphere, thinking–sphere, and understanding-sphere to be the only one sphere with the peaceful emotion within your body.
In Short, the way to meditate is the way of training your mind to be standstill within your body.
