When registering, DO NOT click the button that says "SIGN IN/SIGN UP" in the upper right corner. Click the button in the middle of the screen that says "LOG IN OR SIGN UP TO BUY TICKETS." From there, complete the registration process. If you already have an account, click the same button and follow the sign in process given.
