The The Buckeye AutoDrive team from the Center for Automotive Research at The Ohio State University is excited to join nine other universities in the four-year AutoDrive Challenge™ II Competition! It is a four-year-long challenge, and we are now in the third year with the year 3 event scheduled for June 2-8, 2024 in Ann Arbor. The teams will take on the challenge of developing an autonomous vehicle (AV) that can navigate urban driving courses. The team currently has more than 50 student members (including undergraduate, master's, and Ph.D. students), working on a variety of tasks including sensors, perception, planning and controls, simulation, vehicle safety and mobility, and hardware design.
