1. SUMMARY
Bubble Split is a single-player casual game. We do not require you to create an account. We do not sell your personal information. Game progress is stored on your device.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
High scores for Classic, Endless, and Blitz modes
Gameplay statistics (for example: games played, total pops, max combo, bombs used, longest run)
Achievement unlocks
App settings (haptic feedback on/off, particle effects on/off, tutorial seen flag)
This information is saved using on-device storage. It is not uploaded to our servers.
3. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not knowingly collect:
Name, email address, phone number, or other contact details
Precise location
Photos, contacts, or microphone/camera data
Payment or financial information inside the App
Advertising identifiers for our own advertising
Analytics or crash reports sent by us to third-party analytics services
4. INTERNET ACCESS
The App may include the Android INTERNET permission as part of the standard React Native / Android platform setup. The App itself does not use the internet to send your scores, settings, or personal data to us.
If you later enable optional features that require a network connection (for example, future cloud saves or ads), this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are introduced.
5. PERMISSIONS
Vibration — used only for optional haptic feedback when you pop bubbles, land combos, or trigger power-ups. You can turn haptics off in Settings.
6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Bubble Split is a general-audience casual game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because gameplay data stays on the device and we do not operate user accounts, no personal information is requested from children through the App.
7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Local game data remains on your device until you:
Use “Reset all progress” in the App’s Settings, or
Clear the App’s storage / cache in Android system settings, or
Uninstall the App
Uninstalling the App removes locally stored scores, stats, achievements, and settings.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
This version of Bubble Split does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, social login, or payment SDKs that collect personal data on our behalf.
Google Play may collect information according to Google’s own policies when you download or update the App from the Play Store. That collection is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy, not this one.
9. SECURITY
We rely on the security of your device and the Android operating system to protect locally stored App data. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we do not transmit your App data to external servers.
10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
