This Privacy Policy explains how Bubble Safari (the “Game”), developed and operated by ZenithPlay, collects, uses, and shares your information when you download, install, or play the Game on Android devices via Google Play.

The Game is a free-to-play casual puzzle game supported by in-app advertising (IAA). It does not collect personal data such as name, email, address, or payment information. However, to deliver relevant ads and analyze performance, we use third-party advertising SDKs, including Google AdMob and TopOn.

Information Collected

When you play Bubble Safari, the following types of data may be automatically collected by our advertising partners:

• Device identifiers: Such as Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device model, OS version.

• Usage data: App interactions, session duration, level progress (for ad frequency capping and analytics).

Note: AdMob and TopOn are configured to serve non-personalized ads only in regions where child-directed treatment applies (e.g., under COPPA).

Data Security & Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data collected through the Game. Collected data is retained only as long as necessary for ad delivery and analytics purposes, typically no longer than 13 months.

Your Choices

You can limit ad tracking by:

• Going to Android Settings > Google > Ads and enabling “Opt out of Ads Personalization”;

• Using device-level privacy controls to reset your Advertising ID.

Please note that opting out will not stop ads from appearing—they will just be less relevant.
