Bubble Pop: Pop & Chill ("the App") is developed by Leonardo Reloba ("we", "us"). 

This privacy policy explains what limited data we collect and how we handle it.

DATA WE COLLECT

Apple ID (via Sign in with Apple)

- Used to authenticate you and back up your in-game progress

- Linked to your account

- Never shared with third parties

Purchase History (via In-App Purchases)

- Apple processes all transactions; we receive only confirmation that a purchase 

  was made and the diamond pack you purchased

- Used solely to deliver the diamonds you bought

- Never shared with third parties

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

- We do not collect your name, email, phone number, address, or location

- We do not use third-party analytics services

- We do not display advertisements

- We do not track you across other apps or websites

- We do not sell or share data with any third parties

LOCAL DATA

All gameplay progress (scores, fish caught, skins owned, achievements) is stored 

locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes this data. You can also 

reset all data via the in-game Settings menu.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can:

- Sign out of Sign in with Apple at any time via your device settings

- Delete all local data via in-game Settings or by uninstalling the app

- Contact us for any privacy-related questions

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Bubble Pop: Pop & Chill is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly 

collect personal information from children under 13.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated 

through an app update.
