BubbleNotes — Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your BubbleNotes account (Android app) and what happens to your data.
HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
1. Open BubbleNotes and sign in.
2. Tap Settings (the gear icon).
3. Open the Account section.
4. Tap "Delete account" and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
CAN'T OPEN THE APP?
Email mrjayeshcnair@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my BubbleNotes account". We delete the account within 30 days.
WHAT IS DELETED
- Your account: email address, password and account ID.
- Your security questions and answers.
- Your referral code and any unused referral rewards.
WHAT IS KEPT
- Purchase records. Google Play and our payment processor keep records of purchases as required for tax, refund and fraud-prevention purposes. These are kept for as long as the law requires and are not linked to a BubbleNotes account after deletion.
- Nothing else on our servers. No other account data is retained.
YOUR NOTES ARE NOT ON OUR SERVERS
Notes, images, photos and voice recordings are stored only on your phone, never on our servers. To remove them, use Settings → Your data → "Delete all my data" in the app, or uninstall BubbleNotes.
