Last updated: 27/5/2026
Bubble Pop (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile arcade game developed by Pavel Tosev.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Bubble Pop. By using Bubble Pop, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect or process the following types of information:
Account and Player Information
Bubble Pop may use Firebase Authentication, including anonymous guest accounts and Google Play Games sign-in.
A guest account may be created automatically so that your progress, purchases, rewards, settings, and player profile can be connected to a stable user ID.
If you sign in with Google Play Games, we may receive information such as your Google Play Games player ID, display name, and profile image, depending on what Google provides and your account settings.
Game Progress and Gameplay Data
We may store information related to your gameplay, such as:
- High scores
- Game mode progress
- Inventory and unlocked items
- Daily streaks and rewards
- Leaderboard-related information
- In-game preferences and settings
- Player profile information
Purchase Information
Bubble Pop may offer in-app purchases, such as removing ads or supporting the game.
Purchases are processed by Google Play and may be managed through services such as RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
We may store purchase-related status, such as whether ads have been removed, so that purchased features can be restored and applied to your account.
Advertising Data
Bubble Pop may show ads using Google AdMob.
Advertising services may collect or use device identifiers, ad interaction data, approximate location, and other information to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads.
Where required, we may ask for your consent before showing personalized ads.
Device and Technical Information
We may collect technical information such as:
- Device type
- Operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs
- Performance data
- Diagnostic information
This information helps us improve stability, performance, and gameplay experience.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate Bubble Pop
- Save player progress and settings
- Support guest accounts and account upgrades
- Enable Google Play Games features
- Process purchases and restore purchased items
- Show ads and manage ad preferences
- Improve gameplay, performance, and reliability
- Detect bugs, crashes, and technical issues
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of the App
- Provide support when you contact us
- Comply with legal and platform requirements
3. Third-Party Services
Bubble Pop may use third-party services that collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.
These services may include:
Firebase
Firebase may be used for authentication, anonymous guest accounts, player profiles, cloud saves, and app-related backend services.
Google Play Games Services
Google Play Games Services may be used for optional sign-in, player identity, achievements, leaderboards, and related game services.
Google AdMob
Google AdMob may be used to show ads and measure ad performance.
Google Play Billing
Google Play Billing is used to process in-app purchases.
RevenueCat
RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase status, entitlements, subscriptions if applicable, and purchase restoration.
These third-party services may process data such as user IDs, device identifiers, purchase information, diagnostics, and ad interaction data.
4. Advertising
Bubble Pop may display ads.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your region, consent choices, device settings, age settings, and applicable laws.
You may be able to manage ad personalization through your device settings, Google account settings, or consent options shown in the App.
If you purchase an ad-removal option, we may store this status so that ads can be removed or reduced according to the purchase.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play.
We do not collect or store your full payment information.
We may store purchase-related status, such as whether ads have been removed, so that purchased features can be restored and applied to your account.
If a purchase is managed through RevenueCat, RevenueCat may process purchase identifiers, entitlement status, and related information needed to validate and restore purchases.
6. Guest Accounts and Google Play Games Sign-In
Bubble Pop may create a guest account using Firebase Anonymous Authentication.
This allows your progress and purchases to be associated with a stable user ID even if you do not create a traditional account.
If you later sign in with Google Play Games, we may link your Google Play Games account to the existing guest account so that progress and purchases can remain connected to the same player profile.
If account linking fails or a conflict occurs, we may ask you to choose how you want to continue, where supported.
7. Leaderboards, Scores, and Public Game Data
Bubble Pop may include leaderboards, high scores, or other competitive features.
If you use leaderboard or profile features, some game-related information may be visible to other players, such as:
- Display name
- Score
- Rank
- Game mode results
- Profile image, if provided through Google Play Games
Do not use your real name as your display name if you do not want it to be visible to other players.
8. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or process data with service providers that help us operate the App, including Firebase, Google Play Games Services, Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud or abuse, to enforce our terms, or to comply with legal obligations.
9. Data Retention
We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the App, maintain player progress, support purchases, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our services.
Guest account data and game progress may remain stored unless you request deletion or remove the App data in a way that deletes your local and cloud-associated account data.
Some purchase and transaction-related records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, or platform compliance purposes.
10. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your Bubble Pop account data by contacting us at:
paveltossev@gmail.com
Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as your username, Google Play Games display name, or other relevant details.
We may need to verify your request before deleting data.
Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, purchase record, or compliance purposes.
11. Children’s Privacy
Bubble Pop is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age, or the minimum age required by applicable law in your country.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
If we later make Bubble Pop available to children under 13 or include children under 13 in our target audience, we will update this Privacy Policy and our data practices as required.
If your target audience includes children, Google Play may require compliance with Families Policy requirements. :contentReference[oaicite:1]{index=1}
