PRIVACY POLICY — BUBBLE MERGE

This application ("Bubble Merge", "the Game") is developed by Start Over
Studios ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the Game handles and
how.
SUMMARY
Bubble Merge does not collect or store players' personal data on any server
of ours. There is no account creation, login, email collection, geolocation,
or contact access. We have no server and run no analytics. The Game does
display third-party advertising through Google AdMob, and that advertising
involves data collected by Google — this is described below.
DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Your high score is saved only locally, in the app's own storage on your
device. It is a single number. It never leaves your device and never reaches
us. Uninstalling the app erases it.
ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The Game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. AdMob
serves three ad formats here: a banner at the bottom of the screen, an
optional rewarded video you may choose to watch in exchange for an extra
power-up use, and an occasional full-screen ad between games.
To select and measure those ads, Google collects information directly from
your device, independently of us. This typically includes your Android
advertising identifier, device information such as model, operating system,
language and country, your IP address, and your interactions with the ads
shown. Google's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy
(https://policies.google.com/privacy) and by the description of how Google
uses data from its partners (https://policies.google.com/technologies/
partner-sites).
From Google we receive only aggregate reports, such as total impressions and
earnings. Those reports do not identify individual users and give us no
access to the data listed above.
PERMISSIONS AND NETWORK
The Game does not request sensitive permissions (camera, location, contacts,
microphone, etc.). It declares only INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, both
used exclusively to load the ads described above. There is no Bubble Merge
server, no usage analytics, and no tracking of your behaviour by us.
YOUR CHOICES
You can limit ad personalization at any time on your device, under Settings
> Google > Ads, where you may reset or delete your advertising identifier.
Ads will still appear, but they will no longer be based on your interests.
Uninstalling the app removes the locally stored high score.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the Game
presents a consent request before serving personalized ads, and you may
change or withdraw that choice at any time.
CHILDREN
The Game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly
collect personal data from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe
a child has provided information through the advertising described above,
contact us at the address below and we will assist in having it removed.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or
delete personal data relating to you, and to object to its processing. This
includes rights under Brazil's LGPD (Law No. 13.709/2018) and the European
GDPR. Because we hold no database of our own, there is nothing on our side
to retrieve or erase; for data collected by Google through AdMob, use the
Google channels linked above. Questions and requests may be sent to the

GOOGLE PLAY AS THE DISTRIBUTION PLATFORM
Since the Game is distributed through the Google Play Store, Google Play
itself may collect data under its own privacy policy (available at
https://policies.google.com/privacy), independently of this application.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will be updated.
Relevant changes will be flagged on the app's store listing page.
