Terms of Service for Orange Cat: Retro Arcade

Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or playing Orange Cat: Retro Arcade ("the Game"), and by tapping ACCEPT in the Game, you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not play the Game. Orange Cat: Retro Arcade is not directed to children under 13.
License and Use
IlijaRad grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, exploit, or interfere with the Game or its services.
Gameplay and Content
All game content, artwork, music, characters, code, names, and other materials in Orange Cat: Retro Arcade belong to IlijaRad or their respective rights holders. You may not cheat, exploit bugs, interfere with the Game, or bypass purchase or gameplay systems.
In-App Purchases
Orange Cat: Retro Arcade offers optional digital in-app purchases through Google Play Billing. Purchases may include virtual currency, cookie packs, and the starter pack. Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another user, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices and currencies are shown by Google Play before purchase. Google Play processes payments and provides its own purchase and refund procedures. Refund requests must follow Google Play policies and applicable law. The starter pack is limited to one purchase per Google Play account.
Advertising and Analytics

Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time. The Game may not always be available, and some features may require an internet connection or Google Play services.
Disclaimer
The Game is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Game will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Changes become effective when posted.
