Full payment is required upfront.
Orders are NOT confirmed until payment is received.
Work on orders (vinyl cutting, prep, etc.) will only begin after FULL payment is made.
Cancellations made under 24 hours before collection are non-refundable.
If vinyl has been cut or materials have been prepared, the order becomes non-refundable, even if cancelled earlier.
Date changes may be possible depending on availability.
Any changes to the wording, colours, or design must be made before payment. After production begins, changes may require a re-make fee.
Balloons must be kept indoors and away from:
Heat or direct sunlight
Heaters, radiators, or cars
Sharp objects
Rough handling
Pets or small children
No refunds or replacements can be given for damage caused after collection, including popping during transport or environmental conditions.
Balloon lifespan varies based on environment and care and cannot be guaranteed.
Please collect your order at the agreed time.
If you are over 1 hour late, a £3 per hour holding fee may apply.
Orders uncollected after 24 hours may not be in perfect condition.
No refunds for deterioration due to late collection.
All balloons are handmade, and slight variations in placement, colour, or appearance may occur.
Vinyl lettering is applied manually. Micro misalignments or natural curves may occur on round surfaces.
Colours may appear differently depending on lighting and screen displays.
I may photograph your balloon for social media and portfolio use.
If you prefer your order not to be posted, please let me know — I will always respect your wishes.
Balloons must be kept away from small children — they pose a choking hazard.
Balloon fragments and vinyl pieces should be disposed of safely.
Balloons are decorative items only and not toys.
If I need to cancel an order due to illness, stock shortage, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
I reserve the right to refuse orders that contain inappropriate wording or cannot be safely produced.
