We need to gain an understanding of the potential issues families may face with virtual, electronic, and on-line delivery of educational services. To best prepare for a possible school closure due to the spread of Coronavirus, there is very important information we need to gather through a survey. This survey should only be completed by families that DO NOT have access to technology and internet at home. This will allow us to determine the needs of our students to ensure that they are able to learn from home if this becomes necessary. If your home is technologically accessible, you do NOT have to complete this survey.

We thank you for taking the time to complete this survey Please remember that this has to be completed, ONLY IF you do NOT have access to home technology. For alternate languages, please visit https://sites.google.com/view/btsd-covid19.

Please complete the survey electronically or on paper no later than Wednesday, March 11, 2020.
