We want to ask for 24-hour advance notice for any cancellations.

1. The Full monthly tuition fee is Due on the First day of class

2. Each participant is eligible for Only Two make-up sessions or Cancellations per term.

3. Makeup will be allowed based on availability. 

4. Lack of Notice or Less Than 24-Hour Notice: If no notice or less than  24-hour notice is given for a cancellation, the student will be charged for the session.

5. In the event of unavoidable circumstances (weather and health) at the center, we will fully refund the tuition fee for the affected day.

Please take note of the following term dates:

• Fall: September, October, November

• Winter: December, January, February

• Spring: March, April, May

• Summer June, July, August

We understand that these are challenging times. However, we would like to encourage both you and your child to prioritize regular attendance. We have witnessed remarkable improvements when students consistently participate in our sessions. Our dedicated staff invests much time and effort in preparing and researching for each session, and your consistent attendance significantly contributes to their efforts.  We sincerely appreciate the trust and support you have placed in us.
