Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the BT Printer mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

BT Printer is a mobile application that allows you to:

Capture receipt images shared from payment applications (such as BRImo, GoPay, ShopeePay, and similar apps).

Perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract text from receipt images.

Format and preview receipt data on your device.

Print receipts via Bluetooth thermal printers.

Store receipt history locally on your device.

Purchase a premium upgrade to remove watermarks and advertisements.

The App is provided "as is" for personal and business use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App.

By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes.

Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

Not use the App to process receipts that you are not authorized to access.

Not use the App to generate fraudulent or misleading receipts.

Provide accurate information when using the App's features.

Be responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it.

4. Free and Premium Versions

4.1 Free Version

The free version of BT Printer includes:

Full receipt scanning, OCR, and printing functionality.

Banner advertisements displayed within the App.

A watermark/footer added to printed receipts promoting BT Printer.

4.2 Premium Version

By purchasing the premium upgrade, you receive:

Removal of banner advertisements.

Removal of watermarks/footers from printed receipts.

Access to custom header and footer settings for printed receipts.

Premium purchases are processed through Google Play Store and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, which may serve ads from Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Pangle, and InMobi.

Ad content is controlled by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content of advertisements displayed.

By using the free version, you consent to the display of advertisements.

You may remove advertisements by purchasing the premium upgrade.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any receipt data you create or store using the App.

You grant us no rights to your receipt data. All data is stored locally on your device and is not accessed by us.

7. Data and Privacy

All receipt data (images, text, transaction details) is stored locally on your device.

We do not collect, transmit, or store your receipt data on any server.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services:

Google ML Kit — for on-device text recognition

Firebase Analytics & Remote Config — for usage analytics and app configuration

AppLovin MAX — for advertising

Google Play Billing — for in-app purchases

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OCR RESULTS WILL BE 100% ACCURATE. Text recognition may produce errors, and you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted receipt data before printing or relying on it.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, INCORRECT RECEIPT DATA, OR PRINTER MALFUNCTIONS.

WE ARE NOT A PAYMENT PROCESSOR. THE APP IS ONLY A TOOL FOR FORMATTING AND PRINTING RECEIPTS. WE DO NOT PROCESS, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE ANY FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PREMIUM UPGRADE, OR ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND INDONESIAN RUPIAH (IDR 100,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

11. Bluetooth Printer Compatibility

The App is designed to work with standard Bluetooth thermal printers.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all Bluetooth printers on the market.

You are responsible for ensuring your printer is compatible before purchase of the premium upgrade.

We are not responsible for any damage to your printer caused by improper use.

12. Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to the App from time to time to add, modify, or remove features.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on our website.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
