Khalid BTHR is committed to making the app as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without clearly explaining what you are paying for.
The app stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the app secure. We recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone (the process of removing software restrictions imposed by the official operating system). Doing so may make your device vulnerable to malware, compromise its security features, and may cause the app to malfunction or not work at all.
The app uses third-party services, each of which has its own Terms and Conditions.

Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection. The connection may be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider. Khalid BTHR cannot be held responsible if the app does not function fully because you do not have access to Wi-Fi or have exhausted your data allowance.
If you use the app outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s agreement terms will still apply. You may incur charges from your mobile provider for data usage while using the app, as well as any other third-party fees. By using the app, you accept responsibility for such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside your home region or country without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume that you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Khalid BTHR cannot always be held responsible for how you use the app. You must ensure your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you cannot access the Service, Khalid BTHR cannot accept responsibility.
While we strive to keep the app updated and accurate, we rely on third parties to provide information that we make available to you. Khalid BTHR accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the app.
We may update the app from time to time. The app is currently available on Android – system requirements may change, and you may need to download updates to continue using the app. Khalid BTHR does not guarantee that it will always update the app to remain relevant to you or compatible with the Android version on your device. However, you agree to accept updates when offered.
We may also discontinue the app at any time without prior notice. Unless we notify you otherwise, upon termination:
(a) the rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end;
(b) you must stop using the app and, if necessary, delete it from your device.
