Privacy Policy for Bubble Tower Defends

KLOL ("we," "our," or "us") provides the mobile game **Bubble Tower Defends** (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is handled, and how users can remove locally stored data.
### 1. Summary of Our Data Practices
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal or sensitive user data. The App does not send user data to KLOL servers, and KLOL does not maintain user accounts or server-side profiles for the App.
The App processes only limited, non-personal information locally on the user's device to provide core game functions.
### 2. Information Accessed or Stored Locally
The App may access or store the following information only on the device:
- **Device language:** The App reads the device's system language to select the display language. This value is processed locally and is not transmitted to KLOL or third parties.
- **Audio preferences:** Background music and sound-effect volume values, together with internal audio-default configuration values, are stored through Unity PlayerPrefs so the App can remember the user's settings.
- **Temporary gameplay state:** Information needed to run the current game session may be held in device memory while the App is running. It is not transmitted to KLOL or used to identify the user.
These items do not include a user's name, email address, phone number, account credentials, precise location, contacts, advertising identifier, photos, files, or other personal or sensitive information.
The App does not currently provide user accounts, cloud saves, or online gameplay profiles.
### 3. Collection, Use, and Sharing
The App uses locally processed information only to:
- display the App in an appropriate supported language;
- apply the user's background-music and sound-effect settings; and
- operate the current game session.
The App does not transmit this information off the device. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, tracking, marketing, or automated decision-making. KLOL does not sell or share this information with third parties.
### 4. Permissions and Third-Party Services
The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions or features such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, media, or external files.
The App does not use advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, in-app purchase, account-login, cloud-save, or social SDK services that collect personal or sensitive user data. Unity services for analytics, advertising, purchasing, and cloud diagnostics are disabled in the App.
Google Play and the device operating system may independently process information when a user downloads, installs, updates, reviews, backs up, restores, or otherwise interacts with the App. Such processing is controlled by Google or the device platform under its own terms and privacy policy. KLOL does not receive locally stored App preferences through those platform operations.
### 5. Secure Data Handling Procedures
Because the App does not collect personal or sensitive user data, no such data is transmitted to or retained on KLOL servers.
The limited local settings described in Section 2 are stored in the App's private storage area using the operating system's application sandbox. The App does not write those settings to shared external storage, expose them to other apps, or include them in network requests. Access to the App's private storage is controlled by the device operating system.
If a future version introduces collection or transmission of personal or sensitive user data, KLOL will, before or when that feature becomes available:
- limit collection to data necessary for a clearly disclosed app function;
- provide any disclosure and affirmative consent required by applicable law and Google Play policy;
- protect data in transit with modern encryption such as HTTPS/TLS;
- restrict access to authorized personnel and service providers with a legitimate need;
- retain data only for a stated and necessary period;
- provide an appropriate deletion process; and
- update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosures.
KLOL will not sell personal or sensitive user data.
### 6. Data Retention and Deletion
KLOL does not retain personal or sensitive user data on its servers.
Locally stored audio preferences remain on the device until the user changes them, clears the App's storage, or uninstalls the App. Users can remove local App data through the device settings, typically by opening **Settings > Apps > Bubble Tower Defends > Storage > Clear data**, or by uninstalling the App. Menu names may vary by device.
Depending on the user's Android or Google account backup settings, the device platform may independently back up or restore app data. Users can manage or delete those backups through their device or Google account settings. KLOL cannot access or remotely delete platform-managed backups.
Because the App has no user accounts and KLOL receives no user data, there is no server-side account or personal data for KLOL to delete on request. Privacy questions may still be sent to the contact address below.
### 7. Children
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. The App does not allow users to submit personal information to KLOL through the App. If you believe personal information has nevertheless been provided to KLOL in connection with the App, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
### 8. International Data Transfers
The App does not transmit personal or sensitive user data to KLOL, so KLOL does not perform international transfers of such data through the App.
### 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if the App's features or data practices change. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or its app-store listing. Any new collection or sharing will be disclosed before or when it begins.
