Privacy Policy — BTC Miner
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LMG Software ("we", "us") handles information in the BTC Miner mobile game ("the App"). BTC Miner is an entertainment simulator — it does not mine, hold, transfer, or pay out any real cryptocurrency. All "gold" and coins in the App are in‑game currency with no monetary value.
By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Account information (to save your progress):
When you play as a Guest, we create an anonymous account identifier (a random user ID). No personal information is collected.
If you link or sign in with email, we collect your email address.
If you link or sign in with Google, we receive your Google account's basic profile (name, email, and account ID) via Google Sign‑In.
Gameplay data: your in‑game progress (gold balance, owned mining rigs, upgrades, unlocked currencies, bonus timers, and similar) is stored against your account so it can sync across devices.
Advertising data: the App shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier and related device/usage information to serve and measure ads.
Crash and diagnostics data: the App uses Firebase Crashlytics to detect and report crashes. This may include crash logs and basic device/state information, which help us fix bugs and improve stability. It is not used to identify you personally.
Notifications: if you enable notifications, scheduling happens locally on your device. We do not collect notification data.
We do not knowingly collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera data.
How we use information
To create and maintain your account and save/sync your game progress.
To display advertising (including, where required, after asking for your consent).
To diagnose crashes and operate, maintain, and improve the App.
Third‑party services
Google Firebase (Authentication, Realtime Database, Crashlytics) — account sign‑in, progress storage, and crash reporting. See the Firebase Privacy and Security information.
Google AdMob — advertising. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Data sent to these services is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
Your choices and rights
Ad consent (EEA/UK): where required, the App presents a consent form before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice later in your device/Google ad settings.
Notifications: you can turn notifications on or off at any time in the App's Settings, or in your device system settings.
Delete your account and data: open Settings → Delete account in the App. This permanently deletes your account and all associated game data from our database. You may also email us at the address below to request deletion.
Data retention
We retain your account and gameplay data until you delete your account (in‑App or by request), after which it is removed from our active database.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
