1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Smart BT Auto Connect (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. If you are under 18, you may use the App only with parental or guardian consent.

3. License & Usage Rights

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• You may not:

  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

  • Interfere with the App’s normal operation or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Features & Services

The App provides Bluetooth connection management, including auto-connect and manual device management features. Some features may require permissions such as Bluetooth and Location (required by Android OS for Bluetooth scanning).

5. In-App Purchases & Payments

• The App may offer in-app purchases (IAPs).

• All payments are processed securely through Google Play Billing.

• We do not store or have access to your payment details.

• Purchases are final, subject to Google Play’s refund policy.

6. Advertisements

The App may display ads provided by third-party ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party ads.

7. User Responsibilities

When using the App, you agree to:

• Use it responsibly and not while operating a vehicle or performing activities requiring full attention.

• Ensure that your connected devices are compatible and authorized.

• Not misuse the App to disrupt networks, devices, or services.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, or that the App will meet your requirements.

• Bluetooth connectivity depends on device compatibility, OS, and third-party device performance, which we do not control.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Kinglets Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

12. Updates & Changes

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
