THE TEAM
BTAP works through the efforts and collaboration of its members. BTAP is composed of around 80 registered current and former French and international postdoctoral researchers from a variety of research domains and institutes (IUEM, UBO, IFREMER, IRD, and IMT).
BTAP is open to volunteers as committee members
Every year, new postdocs arrive to Technopôle. Often those who arrive also leave... We are therefore constantly seeking individuals who are interested in assisting with the organization of our association and activities. Anyone can become a member of the administration committee or a chair of our hubs.
You just need to actively participate in our monthly meetings where we discuss a variety of topics related to career development, organization of events and professional activities, science outreach, diversity and inclusion, parenting, communication and social events. Volunteers may serve as chairs and play a key role in helping BTAP provide support to our local researcher community.
