Gentle Music Theory for 'Ukulele Players

Learn-to-play (or brush up on your skills) starts at 5:30 then from 6:00-7:00 we will play songs together, both new and familiar ones.
Winter sessions are held at the Franconia Community Church, 44 Church Street, Franconia.
All skill levels are welcome, including absolute beginners. I have loaner instruments if you don't have a 'ukulele but want to give it a try (please email ahead of time). If you get hooked and want to buy one, visit Northern Lights Music in Littleton. Other instruments are welcome to join us to round out our sound.
In the jam sessions, we play and sing mostly familiar songs from traditional to the Beatles, from Hank Williams to Lady Gaga. If you have a favorite song, let me know.

Bridgewater State University (MA) Senior College
The History of the Ukulele in American Popular Culture course starts Wednesday, March 18. The classes are held from 11:00 am to 12:20 pm at the Bridgewater Public Library. If you haven't registered yet, visit the BSU Senior College website.
