The sponsor teacher MUST be in the room.
Once your club has been approved by Student Government, please email our Vice President, Isabella Huang @ isabella.huang911@gmail.com with the following information:

PLEASE NOTE**
Your clubs are highly encouraged to create and bring your own poster boards about your club and what your club does. Clubs are also allowed to put up a maximum of 25 A4 sized posters promoting your club on the bulletin board opposite to class B119!
Please note your club will be responsible for setting up your booth on the day of the event, as well as cleaning up afterwards. Student Government will set up and provide the tables and leave nametags/signs as to where your club's booth will be. The club's sponsor teacher must also be present at the event. Your club is also allowed to come in 10 minutes before the event starts to set up your booth, but you must ask your sponsor teacher to help write early dismissal slips as well as asking your block 2/5 teachers to leave early.
